1. Overview
We aim to provide educational content of genuine value. If you are not satisfied with a program purchase, we offer a refund under the conditions set out in this policy, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in Canada, including the Consumer Protection Act (Ontario).
2. Eligible Products
The following are eligible for refund consideration:
- Digital educational program purchases (e.g., Eat Freely, Smart Choices)
- Program bundle purchases
Eligibility is subject to the conditions outlined in Section 3.
3. Refund Conditions and Timeframes
3.1 Standard Refund Window
Refund requests submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date will be considered, provided the conditions in Section 3.2 are met.
3.2 Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply:
- The request is submitted within 14 days of purchase
- You have not completed more than 30% of the program content
- You provide a brief reason for the refund request to help us improve our programs
3.3 Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- More than 14 calendar days have passed since the date of purchase
- More than 30% of program content has been accessed or completed
- The request involves a free or complimentary access grant
- The purchase was made under a promotional offer explicitly marked as non-refundable

5. Processing Time
We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days of receipt. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
6. Program Access After Refund
Upon approval and processing of a refund, your access to the relevant program materials will be deactivated. We may retain purchase and communication records for administrative and legal purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation. If you have a complaint about a purchase that has not been resolved, you may contact the relevant provincial consumer protection authority.
